How to cite the Document identified by the URI <upn:4CUH36S:QABCDSTQQW/4CUH38P> in your draft document, using the INPE standard (BibINPE format)
There are two ways to cite the Document: by means of a relative link* or an absolute link**.
1. If your document is deposited in one of the Archives that support relative links†, it is recommended to use the following citation format:
URLIB LIBRARIAN. Local Bibliographic Mirror at urlib.net/www/2025/02.16.04.07.51. [S.l.] Deposited in the URlib collection, work-in-progress. URI: <upn:4CUH36S:QABCDSTQQW/4CUH38P>. Available from: <upn:4CUH36S:QABCDSTQQW/4CUH38P>. Access in: 2026, May 19.
2. In other cases, the traditional citation is used:
URLIB LIBRARIAN. Local Bibliographic Mirror at urlib.net/www/2025/02.16.04.07.51. [S.l.] Deposited in the URlib collection, work-in-progress. URI: <upn:4CUH36S:QABCDSTQQW/4CUH38P>. Available from: <http://urlib.net/upn:4CUH36S:QABCDSTQQW/4CUH38P>. Access in: 2026, May 19.
† The complete list of Archives that accept relative links can be found at: <upn:9HFNHE-:QABCDSTQQW/4E7MG35/federatedArchives.txt>. This list contains all Archives on the IBI network. To create a relative link, simply add the prefix ./ to the URI, writing it like this: <./upn:4CUH36S:QABCDSTQQW/4CUH38P>. This prefix replaces the protocol (e.g., http) and the resolver's domain name (e.g., urlib.net), making the connection more stable.
* Relative link: omits the resolver's protocol and domain name, which guarantees its persistence over time.
** Absolute link: includes the resolver's protocol and domain name, making it susceptible to discontinuity in the long term.
